The Peruvian Taekwondo Sports Federation, in collaboration with the Pan American Taekwondo Union, will host the Pan American Taekwondo Innovation Summit, an unprecedented event to be held August 24–26, 2026, in Lima, Peru, bringing together leaders, experts, and representatives from across the continent to explore new opportunities for growth and development in our sport.
Under the theme “Tradition, Inclusion, Innovation,” the summit will address strategic areas for the future of taekwondo, including Poomsae, Para Taekwondo, and Virtual Taekwondo—disciplines that represent the evolution and expansion of our sport on the international stage.
The event is part of PATU’s vision to drive initiatives that strengthen the technical, organizational, and technological development of taekwondo in the region, promoting the exchange of knowledge and the creation of projects that benefit the entire Pan-American community.
Lima 2026 will be the meeting point where tradition, inclusion, and innovation come together to shape the next chapter of Pan-American taekwondo.
