Juan Manuel L\u00f3pez Delgado, PATU president and World Taekwondo vice-president.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the understanding was signed, the PATU Secretary General, Master Mario Mandel, and the head of the ISF-MEX, with the supervision of LAE.
